We aren’t too modest to say we are really proud of our quality assurance auditing system. We developed it specifically for ourselves in conjunction with an innovative software company and an infection control nurse.
Our area managers conduct the audits on a regular basis and then feedback the results to all cleaning staff and clients. We see this as an extremely important way of providing on-going coaching and training for all staff. Successes are recognised (and often rewarded) and non-compliance is identified and rectified rapidly.
This enables our managers to track and monitor our service delivery in a very ‘hands-on’ and proactive manner. All results are analysed and charted for discussion at our review meetings.
All audits, which include photographic evidence of any notable findings we come across, are emailed to practice managers to ensure total transparency of service standard.
We are not happy to just deliver a service we want to ensure total customer satisfaction and maintenance of the very high standards we set.
