At Vanguard Medical Cleaning we understand the importance of keeping in touch with all our clients. We don’t just talk to you for the first week of a new contract and then forget about you! We love responding to all forms of communication whether it be emails or phone calls, and refreshingly, we have a culture throughout the business of reacting quickly and efficiently to any form of customer feedback.
Uniquely, we also offer formal review meetings. These will be organised by our Client Relations Manager who will arrange to hold these meetings as little or often as you may require. Of course these review meetings are entirely optional however, we do know from the feedback given to us by many Practice Managers that they really value a meeting set at regular intervals..
