Emily is responsible for business growth and account development via new sales. She leads the Business Development teams through strategic goals and objectives in line with business targets and strategy.

David has over 20 years’ experience in accountancy roles, across multiple different sectors. He’s led several acquisitions and their subsequent onboardings, and is an expert in building strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Mark’s role is to develop and lead Vanguard’s technology strategy. Delivering best-in-class systems, service and support, Mark is consistently ensuring that technologies are used efficiently, and evaluating and implementing new infrastructure to facilitate further business growth.

With more than 20 years of experience across a consummate range of finance roles, Vicki is the ideal appointment for our Head of Finance. Drawing from her comprehensive background that spans accounting, auditing and education, she provides the stability, passion and forward-thinking that allows us to thrive.

Neil’s 25 years of experience in the public sector, coupled with his comprehensive understanding of the modern cleaning industry, ensures he’s more than capable of upholding our exceptionally high standards.
