About the role:

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual to work closely with our diverse clientele, primarily within the medical cleaning sector in various locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clean and safe environments for the general public while also taking on a supervisory position to support the Operations Manager. This role offers excellent prospects for advancement within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize areas as assigned
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Empty bins and replace liners
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Conducting/reporting on audits and risk assessments and ensuring all sites health and safety requirements are adhered to
• Assist in the supervising of the cleaning team across sites
• Additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cleaner desirable – but full training to be provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Good communication skills
• Need to be flexible as shifts can change at short notice
• Basic IT skills
