About the role:

We are currently seeking three dedicated individuals to become integral members of our growing company, servicing our valued clients in the North Wales and Cheshire area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our success.

As a member of our Mobile Cleaning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of various client premises. Your commitment and hard work will be recognised and rewarded through our generous 6-monthly bonus scheme. The successful applicants will be required to use their own vehicles. However, we do offer a competitive fuel allowance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly disinfect and sanitise medical equipment, surfaces, and patient rooms.
• Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
• Properly handle and dispose of medical waste according to guidelines.
• Clean and sanitise public areas like waiting rooms, restrooms, and corridors.
• Perform specialised cleaning in critical areas like operating rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in patient and public areas.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.
• Collaborate with cleaning and medical staff for a clean environment.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle (Fuel allowance paid)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
