We use annual, fixed-term contracts here at Vanguard, meaning you’ll pay a flat fee each month for the cleaning we provide. This ensures we can avoid surprising you with additional costs such as inflation or rate rises, and that you’re better able to factor it into your budget.

Not at all! Our storied history means we’ve worked in a huge range of premises, and there’s no job too big or too small for our expert team. Whether you’ve got a sprawling warehouse or a tiny corner office, we’re able to tailormake your floor cleaning solution to your unique circumstances.
We prioritise flexibility in all we do at Vanguard, and that extends to the time of day we can offer your cleaning. The only stipulation we have is that we don’t currently offer overnight cleaning, just as this will add an additional premium to your overall bill.
Outside of that, however, we’re more than happy to meet your demands. In our experience, this tends to be early morning (before the business opens, beginning as early as 5am), or after closing for the day (up to as late as 10pm), but we’ll discuss this with you when you first sign up with us.
With our tailormade approach to contract creation, we provide a price that’s unique to your business and its needs. While this does mean we’re unable to provide an average price, it also means that you’ll be paying for a service that’s perfectly designed with you and your needs in mind, and that is always at the lowest it can reasonably be.
